What is Multi Level Mentorship?
Multi Level Mentorship is a new and better suited name for an old model of co-operation where people help each other grow – personally, professionally and financially.
It is not about sales, it is not a product business, it is a people business. It is about personal development and developing other people. Not about hierachy but about mentoring.
In this model mentors develop new mentors. Every participant, every business owner, learns how he or she can take ownership of their own growth, have a positive impact on other people and together create your own freedom – not by using people, but to educate them.
Three core values define Multi Level Mentorship:

How does mentoring work?
First of all, the mentors are free of charge. They have a vested interest in you and are genuinly concerned about your wellfare. As a participant, it is up to you if you want to huddle with the mentor.
Next to the mentor, you will get a book and audio’s every month. We learn the habit of reading at least 15 minutes everyday. The books and audio’s are about leadership, positive mindset, personal growth, business principles.
Last but not least, we have business development seminars (8) and major functions (3) every year. They meetings are meant for learning, motivation and recognition. Meetings with only positive like minded people, where there is no negative judgement about other people.
All the things mentioned above are there for a reason: to help you dream, dream big, set goals and help you to achieve those goals. The lead motto is: When the dream is big enough, facts don’t count.

Why do I have to go through a qualification process?
The qualification is needed because of the fact the mentors are investing their time (and money) for free in the mentees. So they want to have the right people to mentor. People who value their dreams and therefor the mentorship to fulfill those dreams.
Can anyone join the mentorship?
Yes, anybody, irrespective of gender, race, religion or location can join. But, not everybody will join. As you need to have dreams, commitment, patience, the will to go out of your comfort zone. If you decide you want a different future, you are at the right place.
WilI everybody become financially free?
Simple answer: No. Can everybody become financially free? Yes. Why the difference? Although it is a simple business, it is not easy. It takes time, it takes effort, you need to have real dreams you want to fulfill, no matter what. It takes 5 years of consistent effort and … most important, leave your ego behind and huddle with the mentors.
Is the mentorship free of charge?
Yes and no. The time and effort of the mentors is free of charge. Being part of the mentorship, building a business, will cost some money. But a lot of the mentors have started with very little money to spend. There are no financial risks involved in this mentorship / business.
